The towering forest is dark & deep ... just like vital, mysterious parts of ourselves. We take a pathway into the woods & another path into ourselves. The pathway through the woods is a living tunnel made of the fabric of Nature. To take the journey, one must not only be a brave explorer but also a lover of terrestrial ecologies. Qualities of our spirit that we use to find our way through the woods are mirrored in our Presence as well ... as we follow paths into the vastness of our Inner Worlds. We have come to countless crossroads on our paths & if there is truth to the Oneness of Life then parts of ourselves have tried them all & are on some of them now. The whole external Universe is reflected inside us & that's the actual place that we are interacting with the Universe, itself. In fact, no human being has ever even visited the so-called "external Universe" because our involvement with what we see, hear, feel, remember & imagine of Existence is COMPLETELY INSIDE each of ourselves. A brilliantly wide-awake meditator, with supremely focused attention & continual feelings of fascination, takes a journey into Inner Silence during meditation. She completely loses the ordinary self she knows herself to be, who's experiencing our 3rd dimensional world. All conscious memories, thoughts, dreams & imaginations disappear. In her ongoing, first-hand awakefullness experience, there's nothing whatsoever left of the person that she believes herself to be in the so-called "material" world. For thousands of years, lots of people from all cultures & traditions have meditated successfully -- with relaxed grace, beautifully silent inside, brilliantly wide awake, feeling fascinated & exclusively focused in the Eternal Infinite Now -- after consuming every food & drink on the planet. Eternal Being, you are a happy resident of heavenly worlds. You intentionally sent a fragment of your own soul to Earth to experience a particular body, mind, culture, as well as a certain period of linear time. You experience this Multiverse through sense perceptions, colorful emotions, thoughts, dreams & imagination ... everything expressed within you as human consciousness. It is a fact that YOU have been designed by the Cosmos to experience, co-create & manipulate consciousness ... which is the media of expression for Creation itself, throughout the Multiverses. While awake & sleeping, at work & play, while you are daydreaming, imagining, remembering & meditating -- from before you were born until right Now -- every second of your life experience has been delivered to you through spontaneous, effortless consciousness. There is nothing that you have every experienced in all your lifetimes, that has not been presented to you through consciousness. In other words: you have continual, direct, first-hand experiences with consciousness -- forever. From your life-long absorption into the infinite oceans of consciousness -- you actually already know what it is. You know how it appears & disappears. And you know how to make certain thoughts, dreams, memories appear before you, in your heart & mind ... for you to experience ... often again & again. But still, that doesn't take away from the fact that you (like everyone) are actually deeply familiar with consciousness and you control it's flow through your mind like a Master. You know what it is for what the actual first-hand experience of consciousness is to You. You know how to use consciousness. You delight in making conscious bubbles of imagination & memories instantly come & go in your head. And you always use consciousness as your most significant resource to interact with, ponder & experience everything in your Existence. You literally are a skilled Master of the media. But modern science & scientists, teachers & doctors, friends & parents -- most say that they don't have a clue as to what consciousness is. So of course: you don't know what it is either. You probably believed them, as we all have done. Despite all of us being Masters of Consciousness as we engage & manipulate it in our own Existence. They say that we don't have the words, we don't have the concepts, intelligence, the research & data to know much about it. And they don't trust their own inner knowledge & deepest insights regarding how their centermost self -- the soul -- uses consciousness to experience the higher dimensions & to move through time to experience countless incarnations on worlds throughout the cosmos. Even tho they are no different that you ... & like you, they also are Masters at using consciousness to experience everything in their own lives. They use consciousness to prove to themselves & others, that no one knows a single thing about it. But, I invite you to not believe them. Again, after all, we know what consciousness is & we know how to use it -- through our own ongoing, direct, first-hand experiences 24-7-365 ... even tho smart people say that we don't. I invite you to allow them to think, say & feel whatever they want. But please don't listen to them, nor adopt their pointd of view. Their opinions about being ignorant of consciousness, are ways that limit the views & explorations of their friends, families, associates, teachers & loved ones ... to keep others orbiting within their understandings of their own Existence. They may even feel a bit insecure if your perceptions, knowledge, acceptance & secure feelings relating to your natural effortless conscious abilities, get out ahead of theirs. We can welcome & accept their opinions as valid, real & good -- for them. That's fine. And you are invited to enjoy a different, equally valid, personalized knowledge of consciousness built upon the solid foundation of direct, ongoing, first-hand experiences, a more expanded understanding & higher insights relating to consciousness.
