Life Is But A Dream...⭐

Revealing the code of reality and Carlos Castaneda's reality shifting method.

Hi Star Family! Following my highest excitement has brought me to a strange place...and I'm not sure what to make of it...but I never told anyone about this because it was so strange...but a long time ago in May 2023 I was about to fall asleep when suddenly a small white hybrid girl appeared on my bed and poked me rapidly and quite hard with her fingers, I was stunned! As I tried to look in her direction, she vanished into a hole...surrounded by what looked like computer code and symbols...the walls of my room were plastered in code...going in all directions.

I didn't know what to make of the code at the time...perhaps I didn't want to acknowledge it as it would force me to question reality, so I didn't add it into this painting, but you can see the yellow and blue contrasting background representing the division between my reality (yellow) and the portal (blue)...it was like my room was sliced in two. Fast forward to 2025, and more and more people are seeing code in lasers too...so I'm not crazy after all.

Fortunately for me, I don't take any psychedelics because its not available in my part of the world, and as some of you who know me very well I don't drink alcohol either. I was simply following Bashar's Formula of Excitement.

Sometime in 2024, an anonymous person on the internet passed me information on books written by Carlos Castaneda about the Mexican sorcerer Don Juan...and for a year I peered at the books now and then, but I couldn't understand any of it...until one day in 2025 I found this YouTube channel which led me to the Castaneda subreddit.

Let's just say, I now know what the computer code is. It also explains who the Blue Girl is, she is an "ally" in Castaneda's terminology. Apparently, this ability to shift into alternate timelines, realities and make contact with inorganic beings was a form of Toltec/Olmec sorcery/technology. It used to be well-known but is now dying-out, so the people of the subreddit hope to share it freely with the public such that these techniques can be preserved into the future.

It turns out that Bashar's Formula of Excitement appears to be able to shift our Assemblage Point through suppressing or turning off the internal dialogue; because when you're in a state of bliss and excitement, your mind often goes blank and your internal chatter switches off. In Castaneda's method, they switch off internal dialogue through performing a form of exercise called Tensegrity. By shifting your Assemblage Point around your Energy Egg (aura), you then begin to tune more into your energy body (etheric double) and thus become able to see into other realities and perceive inorganic beings. Realities float around you like dream bubbles or floating televisions, and you can step into them with your physical body.

There are some dangers though, because the inorganic beings can be tricksters...it is recommended that you read through the entire subreddit before attempting any of these shifting exercises - more information is also available in Carlos' many books.

Fascinatingly, ever since I was a child I had played through all The Longest Journey games, from the earliest one seen above from 1999. As a child, I also met a girl (whom I can't remember clearly), and she looked at me and said that I am a Dreamer - not quite sure what that means, but I guess I'll find out soon enough!

From Essassani With Love P.S: I remember when I was just a baby, before my consciousness was fully formed, my earliest memory was of looking at a bunch of reflective shards/mirrors shimmering and floating about in the air...whilst in complete blackness...I selected the shard in which a baby was staring at the ceiling and I entered it, then I became the baby having my diapers changed.

So could it be that we're really all just Dreamers from other dreams who have entered the earth dream?
